How to Lower Heart Disease Risk

It is beneficial to drink ginger juice every day before meals.  Garlic-coriander chutney is also beneficial with food.

  In heart disease, drinking 2 spoons of honey, 1 spoon of lemon juice provides immediate relief in heart disease.

Or drink ginger juice mixed with equal quantity of water.

If there is pain in the heart, if there is a fear of heart attack, then drink 8-10 basil leaves, 2-3 black pepper chew water .It will have a magical effect.

Heat the juice of 10-20 basil leaves, drink it in lukewarm water and grind the basil leaves and apply it on the heart.
