Do you know? In nature, there is a natural healing factor. Nature is vast in our world. The mountains, the seas, and the forests all have their significant roles in nature. Just as they help protect us from problems like global warming, nature can also heal you.

Have you spent time with trees? Just watching their leaves flowing with the air brings relief and calmness. I like to go to places where the city’s chaos is left behind or hasn’t reached yet—the places where you can truly feel the land and sky, the places that soothe your eyes.

People with anxiety, hypertension, or depression are advised to spend alone time in nature. The beautiful view of the mountains or the greenery of the forest helps in healing.

Whenever my mood is not okay or I am not feeling well, I just need to go to a peaceful place in nature. You have also experienced this—whenever you visit a place where you can witness nature’s magic, you find yourself more relaxed and calm.

We are bound by an energy that is also present in nature, and when we make contact with it, we can feel its soothing peacefulness. Nowadays, people prefer using therapy music—like the sound of flowing water, rustling leaves, ocean

currents, or rain—but they don’t realize that physically being in nature is far more beneficial than just listening to its sounds on a smartphone at home. A few meters of walking in nature can help reduce stress, improve mood, and boost creativity.

I am not saying you shouldn’t use modern gadgets or facilities. I am just saying that we need to be mindful of ourselves and our families. We must think about when to use these facilities and when not to.

Perhaps walking a few hundred meters is more beneficial than taking a cab or driving. Going camping after long working days can help you heal.

You just have to understand that the overall holistic development of children comes from playing and walking in nature, not from staying indoors in front of the TV or smartphones.

Let your soul feel the magical work of nature. You don’t need a therapist—you only need some alone time with nature.
