Chaitra Navratri Day 3

नवरात्रि की तृतीया तिथि यानी तीसरा दिन माता चंद्रघंटा की पूजा कि जाती है । यह शक्ति माता का शिवदूती स्वरूप हैं । इनके मस्तक पर घंटे के आकार का अर्धचंद्र है, इसी कारण इन्हें चंद्रघंटा देवी कहा जाता है ।

On the third day of Tritiya, offer milk to Goddess Durga. This gives freedom from sorrows./ तृतीया तिथि यानी की तीसरे दिन को माता दुर्गा को दूध का भोग लगाएं । इससे दुखों से मुक्ति मिलती है ।
The main goddess of the Chaturthi Tithi of Navratri is Maa Kushmanda. Goddess Kushmanda destroys diseases instantly. Devotees who worship her get wealth and property as well as good health. This fourth form of Maa Durga, Kushmanda, produced the cell i.e. the universe from her abdomen. This is why this form of Durga was named Kushmanda.
नवरात्रि की चतुर्थी तिथि की प्रमुख देवी मां कूष्मांडा हैं । देवी कूष्मांडा रोगों को तुरंत नष्ट करने वाली हैं । इनकी भक्ति करने वाले श्रद्धालु को धन-धान्य और संपदा के साथ-साथ अच्छा स्वास्थ्य भी प्राप्त होता है । मां दुर्गा के इस चतुर्थ रूप कूष्मांडा ने अपने उदर से अंड अर्थात ब्रह्मांड को उत्पन्न किया । इसी वजह से दुर्गा के इस स्वरूप का नाम कूष्मांडा पड़ा ।

Chaitra Navratri Day 5

Chaitra Navratri Day 6
On the sixth day of Chaitra Navratri, it is customary to worship the Katyayani form of Adishakti Durga. Pleased with the penance of Maharishi Katyayani, Adishakti took birth as his daughter. That is why she is called Katyayani.
नवरात्रि के षष्ठी तिथि पर आदिशक्ति दुर्गा के कात्यायनी स्वरूप की पूजा करने का विधान है । महर्षि कात्यायनी की तपस्या से प्रसन्न होकर आदिशक्ति ने उनके यहां पुत्री के रूप में जन्म लिया था । इसलिए वे कात्यायनी कहलाती हैं ।

Chaitra Navratri Day 7
The seventh form of Mahashakti Maa Durga is Kaalratri. Maa Kaalratri is worshipped on the seventh day of Chaitra Navratri. While worshipping Maa Kaalratri, the devotee should focus his mind on Bhanu Chakra (forehead i.e. middle of the head).
महाशक्ति मां दुर्गा का सातवां स्वरूप हैं कालरात्रि । नवरात्रि के सातवें दिन मां कालरात्रि की पूजा की जाती है । मां कालरात्रि की आराधना के समय भक्त को अपने मन को भानु चक्र ( ललाट अर्थात सिर के मध्य ) पर स्थित करना चाहिए ।

Chaitra Navratri Day 8
On the eighth day of Chaitra Navratri, Maa Mahagauri is worshipped. The eighth form of Adishakti Shri Durga is Shri Mahagauri. The Somchakra is awakened by worshipping Shri Mahagauri and the devotee receives all the powers related to this chakra. When Maa Mahagauri is pleased, the devotees automatically receive all the happiness.
नवरात्रि के आठवें दिन मां महागौरी की पूजा की जाती है । आदिशक्ति श्री दुर्गा का अष्टम रूप श्री महागौरी हैं । श्री महागौरी की आराधना से सोमचक्र जागृत हो जाता है और इस चक्र से संबंधित सभी शक्तियां श्रद्धालु को प्राप्त हो जाती है । मां महागौरी के प्रसन्न होने पर भक्तों को सभी सुख स्वत: ही प्राप्त हो जाते हैं ।
On the eighth day of Navratri, i.e. Ashtami, offer coconut to Maa Durga. This brings happiness and prosperity in the house.
