Use triphala rasayan methodically to improve eyesight.
Put 1-1 drops of Santkripa eye drops in the eyes.
In winter, take 1/2 to 1 spoon of Mamra almond mixture on an empty stomach in the morning, after that do not eat anything for 2 hours.
For 2-3 months, lick half a teaspoon of fresh butter made from cow’s milk, half a teaspoon of powdered sugar candy and 1 black pepper powder in the morning on an empty stomach. After this, chew 2-3 pieces of raw coconut kernel and eat it after chewing a little fennel. Don’t eat anything for two hours afterwards. This is an experienced best experiment to make the body strong and shapely, along with increasing the light of the eyes.
