What is Proper Routine to Stay Healthy?

They have to learn and understand that just doing to the gym will not make them healthy. They have to follow a proper routine first to stay healthy. By routine I mean sleeping on time, waking up on time, and eating on time.

Nowadays people are becoming victims of a heart attack. And the biggest reason for this is that their routine and lifestyle are not correct. Nowadays people have also become very fond of going to the gym. In the matter of health and body fitness, they lift weights without any guidance and then suffer from a heart attack.

They have to learn and understand that just doing to the gym will not make them healthy. They have to follow a proper routine first to stay healthy. By routine I mean sleeping on time, waking up on time, and eating on time.

And the second thing is that they have to do Pranayama and Yogasana well, and they can also do Surya Namaskar, this will completely save them from a heart attack.

Apart from this, you can also avoid heart attacks through Ayurvedic experiments and medicines.

To avoid heart disease, it is beneficial to drink ginger juice every day before meals.  Garlic-coriander chutney is also beneficial with food.

  For heart disease, drinking 2 spoons of honey, and 1 spoonful of lemon juice provides immediate relief from heart disease. Or drink ginger juice mixed with an equal quantity of water.

If there is a pain in the heart, if there is a fear of heart attack, then drink 8-10 basil leaves and 2-3 black pepper chew water. It will have a magical effect.

  Heat the juice of 10-20 basil leaves, drink it in lukewarm water and grind the basil leaves and apply it to the heart.

You can also recite Aditya Hridayam Stotram as described in the Upanishads, this will give you complete relief from a heart attack.
