2] Piles: If there is a burning sensation in piles, then 50 ml. Mix one teaspoon of coriander juice in beetroot juice and drink it twice a day or eat boiled beetroot mixed with coriander before meals.

3] High blood pressure: Due to high blood pressure, in case of heaviness in the head, heat, unwellness, take 50-50 ml of beetroot and bottle gourd. Mixing juice and 1 teaspoon of honey and taking it on an empty stomach in the morning and in the evening is beneficial.
