Medicinal Use

1] Deficiency of blood: One each beetroot and pomegranate and a little green coriander – extracting their juice and taking it 1 or 2 times a day gives miraculous benefits.

2] Piles: If there is a burning sensation in piles, then 50 ml. Mix one teaspoon of coriander juice in beetroot juice and drink it twice a day or eat boiled beetroot mixed with coriander before meals.

3] High blood pressure: Due to high blood pressure, in case of heaviness in the head, heat, unwellness, take 50-50 ml of beetroot and bottle gourd. Mixing juice and 1 teaspoon of honey and taking it on an empty stomach in the morning and in the evening is beneficial.

4] Improving digestion and in biliary diseases: Mixing one spoon of lemon juice in a cup of beet juice and drinking it improves digestion and benefits in biliary diseases like acidity, vomiting, jaundice etc.
